Standard appointments: $220 an hour

NDIS self-managed and plan-managed clients: $232.99 an hour

Payments are processed online via Halaxy.

Medicare rebates are available with a GP Mental Health Care Plan. Once assessed as eligible, both adults and children can access up to ten sessions per calendar year.

Rebates can be claimed through the Medicare online claim system. The Medicare rebate is $98.95, making your out-of-pocket cost approximately $121.05.

Clients with self and plan managed NDIS plans may be eligible to access psychology services to help achieve their plan goals.

Please note, Wholesome Minds Psychology is not a registered NDIS/NDIA provider, therefore NDIA funded clients cannot use their funds to access services.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or you do not attend your session you will be charged the full session fee. Invoices must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.
