Based in Bayswater North, Melbourne, Wholesome Minds Psychology provides a calm space to explore what’s going on beneath.

Our in-person or online therapy sessions provide caring and personalised counselling and intervention support to individuals aged 8 to 25.

  • Understanding the roots of your anxiety, so you can move forward with practical, holistic strategies. Helping young people manage big feelings with practical, creative support.

  • Therapy tailored for ADHD and autism supporting identity, sensory needs, executive functioning, and self-understanding in a neuroaffirming and strengths based way.

  • Building realistic strategies to support sleep, screen time, school-life balance, and daily routines that are tailored to each young person’s needs. Focus is on sustainable habits that actually feel doable.

  • Helping young people feel safe to explore who they are, setting boundaries, navigating friendships and developing a strong sense of self.

  • Partnering with parents to understand and support their young person’s emotional world with compassion, curiosity, and clarity.

Meet Ashley Grigoriadis

Experienced Educational and Developmental Psychologist working with children, adolescents and young adults.

Ashley draws on neuro-affirming and strength based therapeutic approaches to provide a therapy experience that feels warm, compassionate and safe. She has extensive experience supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions, such as Autism and ADHD.
